Lest I Forget

What I find incredible right now is the unwavering love, support and perspective of my wife and business partner. I feel like myself again and yet as I power through days at home and the office trying to help as much as possible, Liza and Mike (separately, yet as if they are in lock-step singing to the exact same tune and rhythm) tell me the same thing, "don't worry about this stuff, I got it, get better, go have fun". They are slammed, tired, emotional, and yet there they are overcoming those emotions, putting on a big smile, putting themselves aside, telling me I'll be ok and look good and to go have fun. Who does that? Saints do that. I'm a believer. I love you.

On a separate note I just read a beautiful letter from Malik's wife. She is a woman of profound faith and strength. She is also very happy to report that Malik is at home, smiling, not eating or drinking, but playing X-box with his little boys and healing better than any of the best doctors in the world expected. Amen.

Finally, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
