Brief Observations

I love how my wife finds the energy to parent and play with the kids, take care of me, and smile.

Reed started to walk, which is fun for everyone, and exhausting for Liza.

My dog never leaves my side except for the bathroom, food, and welcoming people into the house (excessive tail wagging and offensive smelling). She's a good dog.

Yesterday's nausea was rough. Today is a bit better.

Wow! Reedy walking ... so exciting! And, of course, Eli may be Batman but Liza is surely Super Woman. :) Your brief observations give such a window into things. I'm also glad you are hanging in there, getting stronger for what's to come. Thinking of you as always.

Such exciting news about Reed and no surpise about Liza. She is a fantastic woman - I've always been proud to have her as a friend, politics aside :). I bet Ruby thinks you are the best "people" to whom she could ever belong. She probably wakes every day thinking how much she loves you, admires you, wants to be around you and how lucky she is to be your dog. Smart pooch. We are sending you positive, strengthening vibes everyday from here in CT. Hang tough and know that you are always on our minds.

That is great about Reed walking. Very exciting, but exhausting.

Liza is SUCH a trooper. The two of you really deserve each other. Both of you are my heros. I hope someday to have half of your strength and fiber.

Just thinking of you and your incredible family on Valentine's day and sending you our love. I think you may have a medical appointment today. Hope all goes well. We are around all weekend, and Eli's more than welcome any time!

Just wanted to send you a quick note letting you know how much we care for you and how much we admire your strength. We get updates constantly from this amazing blog and from Mike and Cristina. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your wonderful family.

Maybe next time you are at Hopkins my David will stop by and talk some politics:-)
