One of the holistic therapies I am trying is cranial sacral therapy, and yesterday I met and spent an hour with the specialist. Through gentle touches and applying slight pressure with her hands she purports to move energy through my body. For 60 minutes I cried, felt the pain leave my body, and felt light and love fill me up. It was remarkable and almost unbelievable.
Separately, I gained seven pounds this week! As eating and drinking are my primary responsibilities these days, I took this achievement as a personal victory. I haven't gained weight in months and now I'm up to 147 lbs. Thank you to everyone for making this happen.
