I'm a Child

So I am officialy a child in my own house. With the chemo symptoms in full gear and Eli getting more mature I think our developmental lines crossed today. I have three facts to support my opinion. (1) Liza takes care of me as much as she does Eli; (2) after my walk today I told Liza the distance I traveled solely to get her approval and attention; and (3) Eli sat through a DVD recap of the 1983 world series like he was there (how 'bout Brother Low!). I don't mind my new status, and I fully expect to grow out of it before Eli, but poor Liza!

Thank you all again for your emails and prayers. You keep my day fueled and filled with sunshine.

Hey Holder, at least you're potty trained, right? (Sorry, couldn't resist.) Glad to see you have your wit's about you - and glad you enjoyed the lasagna (must say, had some tonite myself and it was darn good!). Hope the spinach works its powers and gets you stronger. Anxious for you to get through this round and hoping you're feeling better every day! And if you want to go swing on the swings at Turtle, we'd LOVE to have you!! I mean that! :)

As long as you don't tell Liza that she isn't your friend, and that she needs to say please to you when YOU are in trouble, I bet she can handle it! Saw Reed at the park today. Boy is he handsome and boy does he look like his Daddy! :) I hope you feel better tomorrow! Dana
